Information and instruction of employees
Safe and health-conscious behaviour requires appropriate knowledge. This knowledge is ensured through targeted and permanent training of all persons in the DBMR.
According to Art. 6 para. 1 of the Ordinance on Prevention of Accidents (VUV), the employer, including all group leaders and supervisors, must ensure that all employees in his company, including the employees of another enterprise operating there, are sufficient and properly informed and instructed about the dangers related to their activities and about occupational safety measures. This information and guidance is the responsibility of the leaders of each organizational unit and must be given at the time of entry and every significant change in working conditions, techniques and hazards and must be repeated if necessary.
